The biggest challenge that I experienced with healthy eating was that I didn’t know much about healthy foods. For example, I’ve heard about kale and knew that it was healthy, but I didn’t know what its benefits were or how to cook it. Healthy Happy Loved not only provided an easy way to learn about Kale and simple ways to cook it, I actually felt inspired to get some from the Farmer’s market and try it for the first time. Now its an essential part of my grocery list and my daily breakfast.
